Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related role.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences with product knowledge and presentation standards.
• Lead and develop the store team, including coaching, hiring, and performance reviews.
• Plan and execute 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities and budgets.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, and adherence to policies to ensure consistent execution.
