Qualifications

• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across the sales floor with strong merchandising, pricing, and athlete experience.
• Coach teammates, manage priorities, and deliver a consistent, athlete-first shopping experience.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans with the SM and ASM to support business priorities and budgets.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, Front End and Cash Office functions, and teammate supervision.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs and hold teammates accountable.
