Job summary

At Home in Little Rock, AR is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee store processes, open/close duties, and maintain daily standards to drive sales. The role emphasizes a hands-on approach to stocking, training, and delegation while upholding safety and ethical conduct.

You will coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, uphold timekeeping policies, and support customer experience, inventory control, and loss prevention initiatives, with a focus on teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store opening, closing, and Front-End processes with accuracy.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and coverage.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly tasks to meet sales and guest goals.
• Support inventory control, shrink, safety, and loss prevention.
• Train, coach, and appraise team performance; lead by example.
• Manage freight processes, stocking, and end-cap maintenance.
