Job summary

• Tours stores, provides feedback, and communicates objectives to teams.
• Drives customer service initiatives and ensures a high-quality customer experience.
• Manages store operations, budgeting, forecasting and expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Hires, trains, mentors, and develops hourly associates and promotes a belonging mindset.
