Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be completed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team-lift 100 lbs to move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store procedures and front-end tasks with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to optimize staffing and guest experience.
• Plan and delegate daily/weekly zone tasks to meet store and sales goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Process freight, stock shelves, and maintain neat, organized store.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
