ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to join our Los Angeles-area team. This role drives profitability and efficiency, coaching the staff on inventory, floor execution, and guest service.

You will partner with store leadership to manage schedules, expenses, and facilities while maintaining strong stockroom standards and safety. The position requires hands-on leadership, a willingness to move throughout the store, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
