ALO in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency across store operations. You will lead inventory, receiving, replenishment, and floor-set execution while maintaining safety and strong visual standards.

You will partner with the Operations and Visual Managers, manage budgets and staffing, and coach the team to achieve KPIs. ALO emphasizes a dynamic, guest-focused environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision making.
• Openness to giving and receiving feedback.

• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Able to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with GM to close gaps.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, transfers, replenishment, floor sets, and supplies.
• Champion strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Maintain safe stockroom standards and efficient operations.
• Partner with managers to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relations, technology, and facilities.
• Use metrics to drive business strategies and adjust on the floor as needed.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Lead by example and oversee Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent.
• Provide feedback to drive individual growth in partnership with store leadership.
• Collaborate to ensure cross-functional training and adherence to directives.
