Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency across the store floor and back of house. You will lead inventory, scheduling, and vendor relationships while modeling strong visual standards and safe operations.

You will coach Associates, manage payroll and expenses with the leadership team, and move dynamically on the floor to meet guest and business needs.

This role demands constant movement, hands-on problem solving, and a commitment to ALO’s guiding principles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision-making.
• Values feedback and supports team development.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to move actively around store and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with GM on process gaps.
• Oversee shipment receiving, transfers, replenishment, floor sets, and stock management.
• Uphold strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support safe, efficient operation through robust stockroom standards.
