ALO is seeking an Operations Lead in the United States to join our store leadership team. You will drive profitability and efficiency by coordinating with Operations & Visual Managers and leading the floor, stockroom and back-of-house activities.

You will coach a team, manage schedules, and ensure safety, visual standards, and smooth processes while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires physical movement and strong teamwork.

Formación

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership with decision-making ability.
• Receptive to feedback and able to provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and work on a ladder.
• Stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate gaps with the GM.
• Oversee shipments, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support safe, efficient operations with stockroom standards.
• Partner with managers on reporting, budgets, and vendor relations.
• Drive business insights using metrics to guide strategies.
• Move dynamically on the floor to serve guests and business needs.
• Lead and develop Operations Associates; recruit and coach.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute directives and KPI goals.
• Open/close store per BOH standards.
