Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Manager to join the store leadership team. The role focuses on operational strategy, inventory management, labor planning, and scheduling to keep the store customer-ready at all times.

As a member of the leadership team, you will oversee key processes, support budgeting and reporting, and lead a team through coaching and succession planning while embodying ALO’s guiding principles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes.
• Root-cause inventory accuracy issues with the Manager; improve processes or systems.
• Maintain strong operational standards on the sales floor using performance data.
• Support sell-through by ensuring inventory accuracy and coordinating labor with deliveries.
• Foster a safe, efficient work environment.
