Job summary

Alo is seeking an Operations Lead (Full-Time) to drive profitability and efficiency across store operations. You will work with the Operations & Visual Managers to execute logistics, inventory, and floor execution while fostering a safe, inviting environment for guests.

As a strong leader, you will mentor Operations Associates, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to visual standards and performance metrics. This role requires mobility around the store and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management processes with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with GM to fix gaps in processes or systems.
• Manage key operational functions: shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and maintain clean, safe stockroom.
• Oversee reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships to support store profitability.
• Provide feedback to the team and nurture talent through coaching and development.
