Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead in Pasadena who will drive profitability and efficiency on the store floor and in back-of-house operations. You will lead inventory processes, help manage shipments and replenishment, and ensure strong visual standards while fostering a safe, engaging guest experience.

As part of the leadership team, you will recruit and develop talent, provide performance feedback, and work with store leadership to optimize metrics and guest service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Values feedback and eager to give feedback.
• Self-motivated to achieve results individually and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication; aligns with ALO principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with GM to close gaps.
• Oversee key operations: shipments, receiving, floor replenishment, and floor sets.
• Champion visual standards and safe, efficient stockroom practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.
