ALO is a mindfulness-driven retail brand seeking an Operations Manager to lead store operations, inventory control, and labor planning to keep the store customer-ready at all times. This role partners with leadership to optimize processes and drive performance.

You’ll mentor the team, uphold guiding principles, and contribute to budget reviews, scheduling, and strategic planning while ensuring a safe, efficient, and engaging store experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic and time management.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in and around store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with escalation as needed
• Champion strong operational standards on the sales floor using performance data
• Support sell-through by ensuring accurate inventory counts and labor coordination
• Maintain a safe work environment and efficient operation
• Represent the business in meetings with the General Manager
• Monitor budgets, reporting, and metrics (Expenses, Sell-Thru)
• Plan for future business needs to protect performance
• Lead a team with accountability and coaching
• Define scheduling to balance business needs with staffing
