Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3 years of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post‑sale order activities; act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Reinforce standardized processes and SOP compliance through daily execution and communicate observations to leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem‑solving and de‑escalation techniques to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory with receiving, storage, cycle counts, and transfers; fulfill customer orders including pick‑up and delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards to uphold brand.
• Verify pricing and signage through audits; correct discrepancies promptly.
• Perform daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling to identify errors and support corrective actions.
• Provide sales floor support during high‑traffic periods to maintain service standards.
