Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure policy compliance and customer service expectations.
• Handle cash, complex transactions, and post-sale orders; serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Ensure SOP compliance and communicate observations to store leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns using effective problem-solving and de-escalation techniques.
