Job summary

Living Spaces is hiring a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent execution of store operations and a seamless customer experience. This role focuses on standard work, inventory integrity, and adherence to processes to support brand standards and sales performance.

The role includes cash handling, acting as Manager on Duty when needed, and collaborating with merchandising for floor resets and pricing accuracy. Prior retail experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post‑sale order activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned, handling discounts and policy overrides.
• Reinforce standardized operational processes and SOP compliance through consistent daily execution; communicate observations to store leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and de-escalation techniques to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, storage, cycle counts, and product transfers; fulfill customer orders including pickup/delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards; verify pricing and signage; audit inventory integrity.
• Perform daily operational reporting to identify errors and support corrective action; provide on‑floor support during high‑traffic periods.
