Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent execution of store operations, inventory integrity, and compliance with established standards to deliver a seamless customer experience. The role emphasizes standardized work, pricing accuracy, and reliable reporting across the store.

You will manage daily processes, support on‑floor service during busy periods, coordinate with merchandising for floor resets, and ensure accurate cash handling and post‑sale activities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale order activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce standardized operational processes and SOP compliance through daily execution; communicate observations to store leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and de-escalation techniques to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate inventory via receiving, storage, cycle counts, and product transfers; fulfill customer orders including pick-up and delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards to uphold brand consistency.
• Verify accurate product pricing and signage by audits; correct discrepancies promptly.
• Perform daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling functions to identify errors and support corrective action.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards and customer experience.
