The role focuses on executing day-to-day operations, maintaining pricing integrity, and delivering reliable service. Collaboration with merchandising and leadership is essential to uphold brand standards and drive sales performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily store operations Standard Work to ensure policy compliance.
• Process cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale orders; act as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Enforce SOPs and communicate observations to leadership for consistency.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, storage, counts, and transfers; fulfill customer orders.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and signage.
• Verify pricing and signage accuracy via audits; correct discrepancies.
• Produce daily operational reports across operations and warehouse to identify errors and track performance.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards.
