Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment
• High volume experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs; Tableau preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and customer service expectations
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale order activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
• Reinforce standardized processes and SOP compliance through daily execution and communication to store leadership
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and de-escalation techniques
• Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, cycle counts, transfers, and order fulfillment including pick-up and delivery
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards
• Verify pricing and signage by auditing accuracy and inventory integrity; correct discrepancies promptly
• Perform daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling functions
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards
