Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale order activities; may serve as Manager on Duty as assigned.
• Reinforce standardized processes and SOP compliance through daily execution and communicate observations to store leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and de-escalation techniques to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory with receiving, storage, cycle counts, and transfers; fulfill customer orders, including pick-up and delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards to uphold brand consistency.
• Verify pricing and signage through audits; correct discrepancies.
• Perform daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling to identify errors and support corrective action.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards.
