Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• High volume experience is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale order activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce standardized processes and SOP compliance through daily execution and reporting.
• Resolve customer concerns using effective problem-solving and de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain accurate inventory with receiving, storage, cycle counts, and transfers; fulfill customer orders including pick-up and delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards.
• Verify pricing and signage through audits; correct discrepancies promptly.
• Provide daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling functions.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards.
