Living Spaces in Vista, CA is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent store execution, accurate pricing, inventory integrity, and strong customer service standards. This role emphasizes hands-on management of daily operations, cash handling, and adherence to SOPs while supporting sales performance.

You will act as Manager on Duty when needed, coordinate with merchandising on floor resets, and provide reliable operation reporting to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• High volume experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale order activities with accuracy and integrity; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned, handling discounts, escalations, and system overrides in accordance with policy.
• Reinforce standardized operational processes and SOP compliance through consistent daily execution; communicate execution-related observations to store leadership to support service and operational consistency.
• Resolve customer concerns using effective problem-solving and de-escalation techniques to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate inventory by performing receiving, storage, cycle counts, and product transfers; execute customer order fulfillment activities, including pick-up and delivery processes, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards to uphold brand consistency.
