Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent execution of store operations and a seamless customer experience. The role emphasizes standardized work, inventory accuracy, and adherence to processes to support brand standards, efficiency, and sales performance.

The position is execution-focused, with duties spanning floor operations, pricing accuracy, and operational reporting to drive high-quality service. Strong attention to detail and standards is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce standardized operational processes and SOP compliance through daily execution and reporting.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and de-escalation techniques to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, storage, cycle counts, and product transfers; manage order fulfillment including pickup and delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards to uphold brand consistency.
• Verify pricing and signage through audits, correct discrepancies promptly.
• Provide daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling to track performance and drive corrective action.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards.
