Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture seeks a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent execution of store operations and a seamless customer experience. The role emphasizes inventory integrity, policy adherence, and reliable, high-quality execution across processes.

The position focuses on standard work, cash handling, and cross-functional collaboration with merchandising and leadership to drive sales performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily store operations Standard Work to ensure policy compliance.
• Process cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale activities with accuracy; act as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce SOP compliance through daily execution and report observations to store leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns using effective problem-solving and de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain accurate inventory via receiving, storage, cycle counts, and transfers; fulfill customer orders including pick-up/delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards.
• Verify pricing and signage through audits; correct discrepancies promptly.
• Perform daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling to identify errors and support corrective action.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards.
