Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Store Operations Lead in Glendale, AZ. This role focuses on executing standardized store operations, inventory integrity, and pricing compliance to support a seamless customer experience and strong business performance.

You will validate day-to-day operational work, assist with flow of customer orders, and collaborate with merchandising for floor sets while upholding brand standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale order activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce standardized processes and SOP compliance through consistent daily execution; report observations to store leadership.
