Responsibilities include daily Standard Work, inventory integrity, pricing audits, and collaboration with merchandising. The role emphasizes execution, compliance, and service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer environment.
• Experience with high volume operations is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily store operations Standard Work to ensure policy compliance and customer service standards.
• Process cash handling and complex transactions; act as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, storage, cycle counts, and transfers.
• Perform daily operational reporting to identify errors and track performance.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets and visual standards.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service quality.
