Living Spaces is seeking a Store Operations Lead in California to drive daily store operations, ensure inventory integrity, and uphold pricing and visual standards. The role emphasizes execution of Standard Work, accurate cash handling, and high service levels for a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities include supporting floor merchandising, conducting audits, and generating operational reports to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment is preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and customer service expectations.
Process cash handling, complex transactions, and post‑sale order activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
Reinforce standardized processes and SOP compliance through daily execution and reporting.
Resolve customer concerns using effective problem‑solving and de‑escalation techniques.
Maintain inventory through receiving, storage, cycle counts, and transfers; fulfill customer orders.
