Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent execution of store operations and a seamless customer experience. The role emphasizes standardized workflows, inventory integrity, and adherence to policies to drive business performance.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, cash handling, escalating issues as Manager on Duty, and collaborating with merchandising to maintain pricing accuracy and visual standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer‑interactive environment.
• High volume experience is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post‑sale order activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned, handling discounts, escalations, and system overrides.
• Reinforce standardized operational processes and SOP compliance through consistent daily execution; communicate execution‑related observations to store leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns using effective problem‑solving and de‑escalation techniques.
• Maintain accurate inventory via receiving, storage, cycle counts, and product transfers; fulfill customer orders including pick‑up and delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards.
• Verify pricing and signage through audits; correct discrepancies promptly.
• Perform daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling functions.
• Provide sales floor support during high‑traffic periods to maintain service standards.
