Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent execution of store processes that support a seamless customer experience and strong business performance. The role emphasizes standardized work, inventory integrity, pricing accuracy, and compliance across the store.

The candidate will validate day-to-day operations, work with merchandising on floor sets, and provide timely operational reporting to support performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with company policies and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale order activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce standardized operational processes and SOP compliance through daily execution and communicate observations to leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and de-escalation techniques to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate inventory via receiving, storage, cycle counts, and product transfers; fulfill customer orders for pickup and delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards to uphold brand consistency.
• Verify accurate product pricing and signage by conducting audits and correcting discrepancies.
• Perform daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling to identify errors and support corrective action.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards and customer experience.
