Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent execution of store operations, cash handling, and inventory integrity. You will support pricing accuracy, floor merchandising, and timely customer service, acting as Manager on Duty as needed.

Primary responsibilities include daily Standard Work, cross‑functional collaboration with merchandising, and rigorous adherence to SOPs to protect brand standards and drive sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience in a direct customer interaction environment.
• High volume experience is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling and complex transactions; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, cycle counts, and product transfers.
• Collaborate with merchandising for floor resets and visual standards; verify pricing and signage.
