Living Spaces is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure daily retail execution, accuracy, and service quality across store operations. The role emphasizes standardized work, inventory integrity, and adherence to processes to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cash handling, complex transactions, and acting as Manager on Duty when needed, while collaborating with merchandising for floor resets and pricing audits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post‑sale order activities with accuracy and integrity; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned, handling discounts, escalations, and system overrides in accordance with policy.
• Reinforce standardized operational processes and SOP compliance through consistent daily execution; communicate execution‑related observations to store leadership to support service and operational consistency.
• Resolve customer concerns using effective problem-solving and de‑escalation techniques to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate inventory by performing receiving, storage, cycle counts, and product transfers; execute customer order fulfillment activities, including pick‑up and delivery processes, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards to uphold brand consistency.
• Verify accurate product pricing and point‑of‑purchase signage by conducting audits to confirm pricing accuracy, signage placement, and inventory integrity; correct discrepancies promptly.
• Perform daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling functions to identify errors, track performance, and support corrective action through execution validation, efficiency, and compliance.
• Provide sales floor support during high‑traffic periods to maintain service standards and support customer experience execution.
