Living Spaces is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent execution of store operations, inventory accuracy, and policy compliance. The role supports brand standards, drives operational efficiency, and enhances the customer experience through reliable, high‑quality execution.

The position emphasizes daily standard work, pricing accuracy, and cross‑functional collaboration with merchandising, while providing essential reporting and store leadership support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Tableau preferred.
• No certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work ensuring policy compliance.
• Process cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale orders with accuracy; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce SOPs and communicate observations to store leadership for consistency.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via receiving, cycle counts, and transfers; fulfill customer orders including pickup/delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets and visual standards to uphold brand consistency.
• Audit pricing and signage to ensure accuracy; correct discrepancies.
• Provide daily operations reporting across functions to identify errors and support corrective actions.
• Support sales floor during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards.
