Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent execution of store operations, inventory integrity, and adherence to standards, delivering a seamless customer experience and strong business performance.

The role focuses on standardized tasks, pricing accuracy, reporting, and collaboration with merchandising for floor resets to uphold brand consistency and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience with operational reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce standardized processes and SOP compliance through daily execution and communicate observations to leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via receiving, storage, cycle counts, and transfers; fulfill customer orders including pick-up and delivery.
