Job summary

Family Dollar in Livingston, AL is seeking a Third Keyholder to support daily store operations. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, complete sales, stock shelves, and help manage inventory while providing outstanding service and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

You may open or close the store in the absence of management, handle POS transactions, support cash handling, asset protection, and training for team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly (up to 55 lbs occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers and complete sales.
• Maintain inventory and stock shelves.
• Open/close the store when needed.
• Process transactions using the POS system.
• Support store manager with daily operations.
• Ensure store cleanliness and appearance.
• Asset protection and loss prevention.
• Train and guide team members.
