Job summary

Family Dollar in Alexandria, Alabama is seeking a Third Keyholder to support store operations, greet customers, assist with merchandise, and complete sales transactions. The role includes assisting the Store Manager with daily activities, managing inventory, deliveries, and store appearance.

In the absence of the Store Manager, the Third Keyholder may open/close the store, oversee conditions, and provide operational support to cashiers and staff, with training completed timely and adherence to

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Guides store team on Family Dollar policies and procedures.
• Greets and assists customers; answers inquiries and concerns.
• Builds sales through suggestive selling and promotions; links add-ons.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked store and positive image with customers.
• Handles customer funds and processes transactions via POS system.
• Assists in unloading merchandise and stocking shelves; moving stock from stockroom to store.
