Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Part-time Third Keyholder to deliver outstanding customer service, assist with merchandise selection, and support daily store operations. You will help manage inventory, assist with deliveries, and maintain store appearance while ensuring smooth cash handling and customer interactions.

In this role you may open or close the store in managers' absence, supervise cashiers, and uphold company policies. Prior retail or grocery management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics).
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to store team on operating practices and procedures.
• Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist in unloading merchandise, stocking shelves and organizing stockroom.
• Open/close duties and provide operational support in managers’ absence.
• Follow company policies and other duties as assigned.
