Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Third Keyholder to provide exceptional customer service, assist with merchandise selection and sales, and support daily store operations. You will help the Store Manager with opening/closing duties, maintain inventories, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for customers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager, including cash handling and operational support.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and store opening/closing.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and promotion awareness.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and safe store environment.
• Assist with inventory, deliveries, and replenishment.
• Support asset protection and cash handling procedures.
