Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Alabama LLC is seeking a Part-time Keyholder to deliver outstanding customer service and assist with daily store operations in Alexandria, Alabama. The role includes greeting customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and supporting the Store Manager in asset protection and duties.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, retail management experience is preferred, and the job involves lifting up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 55 lbs

Qualifications

• Education: prefer high school completion or equivalent.
• Experience: prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.
• Physical: ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 55 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Support store operations, inventory, deliveries, and replenishment.
• Open or close the store in absence of Store Manager/ASM, and supervise cashiers.
• Keep shelves stocked, store clean, and maintain a positive image.
