Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Alabama LLC in Hayneville, Alabama, is seeking a Part-time Keyholder to deliver outstanding customer service, help customers locate merchandise, and support sales transactions.

You will assist the Store Manager with daily operations, open and close when needed, manage inventory, unload deliveries, stock shelves, and ensure the store remains clean and welcoming while upholding all company policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally 55 lbs; frequent standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with merchandise and transactions.
• Open/close store in absence of Store Manager.
• Maintain inventory, assist deliveries and shelf replenishment.
• Ensure store cleanliness and positive image toward customers and community.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist in unloading merchandise, stock shelves, and transferring items from stockroom to store.
• Support asset protection and store operations as needed by Store Manager.
