Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Third Keyholder to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and complete sales transactions, while helping manage inventory and store cleanliness.

In the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you may open/close the store and provide operational support to cashiers. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Provides exceptional customer service and greets customers.
• Handles customer transactions using the POS system.
• Guides store team on operating practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to store team on Family Dollar practices and procedures.
• Greet, assist and thank customers, resolve inquiries.
• Increase average basket and store sales through suggestive selling.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and positive image.
• Assist in unloading merchandise and stocking shelves.
• Open/close responsibilities in absence of Store Manager.
• Complete Position Based Training on time.
