Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal interaction and trains crew on the BEST service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures high standards of customer service.
• Assists with receiving and merchandising to keep stock flow efficient.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, doors, and alarms, and ensures readiness.
