Job summary

Five Below is seeking a motivated store leadership candidate to oversee daily operations and deliver WOW customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train crew, manage opening and closing, drive sales, control expenses, and partner with store leadership to ensure merchandise and policies are executed. A High School diploma and 1 year of management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; ensure a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed; handle store operations and emergencies.
• Open or close the store; manage cash, alarms, and security.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
