Job summary

Five Below is hiring a store supervisor to oversee daily store operations, train crew, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will lead associates, monitor inventory, and support opening/closing procedures to keep the store running smoothly.

The role requires a High School diploma (College experience preferred), at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure excellent service.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to keep floor ready for customers.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations, staff, and issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash security and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
