Job summary

Five Below is seeking a dedicated hourly manager/crew leader in Colorado to drive customer satisfaction and daily store operations. You will train crew, oversee cash handling, stock placement, and scheduling while ensuring a fast, friendly checkout and high standards of service.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, opening/closing duties, and supporting merchandising efforts to boost sales. Must be 18+, with prior management experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly check out for guests.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties performed effectively and with great service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, organizing of new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing of the store, securing cash, locking doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning bathrooms and stock room.
