Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in New York, NY to drive profitability and efficiency within the store team. You will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management group to execute inventory, shipments, replenishment and floor updates, while maintaining visual standards and a focus on customer experience.

The role requires dynamic movement on the floor, a proactive approach to tasks, and alignment with ALO’s guiding principles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Ability to move constantly in and around all areas of store.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and standing through shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and close gaps with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgets, vendors, tech and facilities for efficient operations.
• Foster a safe work environment with solid stockroom processes.
• Move dynamically to meet business needs and assist guests.
• Follow company directives with Operations & Visual Management teams.
• Assist in product flow, merchandising placement and daily replenishment.
• Leverage metrics to drive business decisions and customer satisfaction.
