ALO in New York is seeking an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency across store operations, leading inventory, shipping, and stockroom processes while maintaining guest experience.

You will collaborate with Operations & Visual Managers to ensure reporting, budgets and vendor relationships are managed, and you will coach the team for growth. The role requires schedule flexibility, including openings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of client-centric, sales environment experience.
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision making.

• Requires constant movement around all store areas.

Aufgaben

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with escalation to GM.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, transfers, replenishment, floor updates and supply management.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support a safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Managers on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
• Use metrics to drive business-driving strategies and floor coverage.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Lead and develop Operations Associates; recruitment and feedback.
• Collaborate on cross-functional training with Visual Lead and Sales & Service Lead.
• Open and close the store per BOH standards.
