Job summary

ALO in New York, NY is seeking an Operations Associate to drive profitability and efficiency within the store team, partnering with the Operations & Visual Management group to execute inventory, shipments, replenishment and floor standards.

You will move across the sales floor and back-of-house, maintain visual merchandising, and support safe, efficient operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences and aligning with ALO’s guiding principles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales/operational environment.
• Must be able to move constantly and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for an entire shift and work 32–40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to fix gaps.
• Handle shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and stock flow.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support budgets, expenses, vendor relations, and facilities with operations.
• Ensure a safe work environment and efficient stockroom operations.
• Move across store to support business needs and guest service.
• Implement operations directives with the Visual Management team.
• Assist in product flow and daily replenishment and merchandising.
