ALO, a lifestyle brand, seeks an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency across store operations. You will work with Operations & Visual Managers to optimize inventory, shipments and floor execution, while coaching staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

In this full-time role, expect dynamic, movement-filled work with a focus on safe, inviting environments. You will lead by example, recruit and develop talent, and ensure performance feedback aligns with company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership with solid decision making.
• Values feedback and actively gives feedback.
• Self-motivated with results-driven mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Constant movement spread across store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move as needed.
• Endurance to stand and move during long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach to profitability and efficiency across store ops.
• Oversee inventory management, shrink reduction, and accuracy.
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Uphold safe stockroom standards and efficient operations.
• Partner with Ops & Visual Managers on budgets and reporting.
• Offer feedback and develop talent among Operations Associates.
• Cover opening/closing per BOH standards and schedule needs.
