ALO in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support peak- and high-volume periods through exceptional guest experiences and authentic brand service. You will help drive operational excellence, cultivate customer loyalty, and contribute to a high-performing team environment.

This role emphasizes movement on the shop floor, inventory control, and collaboration with store leadership to meet store goals and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Must be able to move constantly in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results both individually and in a team.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsabilités

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment, including floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, and facilities to optimize operations.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient stockroom practices.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest requests.
• Assist in executing company-level operations directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow and replenishment.
