Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Sets up and maintains store displays per corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash security and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, supervising staff and customer service.
• Monitors daily activities of associates and trains them on policies.
• Drives sales and manages expenses through merchandising and service.
